Our Story
Before the shops,
Before the shops,
there was a cycle.
It started with a cycle, a few hours of sleep, and a dream to build something of his own.
From selling peanuts on the streets as a young boy, to welding, cleaning cars, selling milk and newspapers — Paulraj Nadar kept moving forward.
In 2010, that journey found its calling: selling idlis alongside newspapers, with his brother by his side.
A cycle became a table. A table became a small shop in 2012. By 2019, a bigger space. And by 2024, multiple outlets across Nerul and Ulwe.
A journey built one morning, one idli, and one step at a time.

The First Hustle
The beginning of Paulraj Nadar's working journey.
